10,000+ Dead At Tienanmen Square Massacre Gets Second Confirmation Source

According to the British daily Independent, a recently declassified document from a British diplomat (e.g., spy), confirms previous claims that at least 10,000 people were murdered during the 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre, a death toll far higher than reported. The report claims wounded students were bayoneted as they begged for their lives and the burnt remains of victims were “hosed down the drains.”

The 1989 Tiananmen Square Massacre was a seminal moment for me. I was in my mid-20s, and it was the day my cognitive dissonance—which had been under assault for quite a few years—finally broke and I realized, “Holy sh!t, they are really just flat out lying to us about important stuff.”

It seemed like a wonderful and heady time, with great change in the air. Gorbachev was all about “Glasnost,” Reagan had convinced us we were living in a new “Morning in America,” and things had been handed off to George Bush, who seemed harmless enough. America was back, baby!

So when the Tiananmen Square uprising started percolating in mid-April, the media was full of increasingly triumphant news stories, building towards a crescendo, about the ascension of the human spirit, the crowd’s creation of a miniature Statue of Liberty, rising pleas of the uprising’s leaders to the USA for help and support, and then…..a sudden and brutal clampdown.

The next day, King George 41, former CIA director and probable on-the-ground covert operations head of the JFK hit, got on the TV and told the country all the protesters were peacefully dismissed and only three people died.

Even then, I knew it was a lie. That couldn’t possibly be the case. The president got on the TV and blatantly lied about a totalitarian clampdown of a vibrant independence movement in a communist country, and was like “Hey, it’s cool.” Nobody really challenged him, and the media “narrative” shifted to the protesters’ naiveté, the necessity of a strong Chinese government to rule an increasingly unruly people, etc., etc.

In the years since, I’ve seen the video of “Tank Man” getting run over–edited for the masses so it’s cut JUST before the guy gets squashed–which has successfully been wiped from the web, so I guess it was real but you never know because you never know anything anymore. Still, I wish I downloaded for myself when I had the chance, but I didn’t because it’s sickening and snuff, which is the worst sh!t ever.

Of course we’ve seen media narratives that claim to have tracked the guy down, but considering nobody really knows who he was, they could easily be lies. “Tank Man” was smashed, just the like Chinese students’ benevolent revolution.

Over the years, the number of dead has climbed, with even the Chinese admitting the number of dead is hundreds more than King George 41 told us in 1989. Red Cross says a little less than three thousand. A Wikileaks disclosure showed a secret Chinese assessment gave a very specific figure of 10,454 dead. This newly declassified British diplomat’s assessment agrees that 10K is about right.

Someday, I pray that the war crimes and domestic crimes of King George 41 and his despicable Nazi-friendly family are brought to light, and he goes down in history as one of the 20th Century’s most evil villains, right up there with Hitler and Pol Pot. It’s probably unlikely, but the way things are going, you never know.

There was a great quote I saw on Reddit last week: “The simple reality is many Americans are simply not capable of being woken up. It would literally destroy or possibly even kill them. Usually the only people who are capable of awakening are those who can handle it, which is why they are awake.”

I mostly agree, though sometimes the alarm wakes them. But what will it take to really alarm them?
