Happiness is our natural state. Look at baby goats, children, and puppies, bouncing for joy when they’re not in pain.
Some humans want to control others. They gain control by scaring (then pretending to protect) others with threats, real or fictitious (as necessary). The controllers take what they can, and the scared give gladly, to feel protected.
As we blossom with seeds that blossom with seeds that blossom with seeds, we learn. We question fear and its reasons. We see, and huddle with others who see, that the controllers are lying. We tip-toe around the scared, who love and defend the controllers, or we stand and yell the truth. It is a great relief to know that fear is unnecessary; to enjoy blossoming and flourishing; to help others see.
